Goals

Interventions
Monitor liver function tests regularly. Administer prescribed immunosuppressive medications and monitor for side effects. Educate patient on the importance of medication adherence and avoiding hepatotoxic substances such as alcohol. Encourage regular follow-up appointments with a hepatologist.
Rationale

Evaluation
