Interventions
Administer prescribed analgesics and anti-inflammatory medications to manage pain and inflammation. Encourage participation in physical therapy to improve mobility and strength. Educate patient on proper body mechanics and ergonomics to prevent further injury. Provide resources for support services and follow-up care with a neurologist or orthopedic specialist.
