Educate patient on avoiding foods and substances that may exacerbate symptoms, such as NSAIDs, alcohol, and spicy foods. Encourage small, frequent meals to reduce gastric irritation.
Rationale
These interventions help manage symptoms, promote healing, and prevent complications associated with gastric ulcers.
Evaluation
Patient's symptoms, signs of bleeding, and understanding of management strategies will be monitored to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions.
