Encourage oral rehydration solutions or IV fluids to maintain hydration. Educate patient on the importance of proper food handling and hygiene to prevent recurrence.

Rationale

These interventions aim to manage symptoms, maintain hydration, and prevent complications associated with acute gastroenteritis.

Evaluation

Fluid volume status and symptom resolution will be monitored to assess the effectiveness of interventions.
